Artist information: Originating from Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU “Fred” draws on Breton landscapes an inspiration intimately rooted in light and the horizon. His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception. Projected shadows, elongated lines, uncluttered compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism. Through a mastered palette and pronounced contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation. A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language. Frédéric Cadiou’s current Akoun valuation is €1,350 for a 15P format (65x50 cm).
