Franklin Mint Precision Models – Mercedes Simplex 1904, pioneer of prestige automobiles – 1:24 scale – with original documentation Description Magnificent reproduction of the 1904 Mercedes Simplex, produced by Franklin Mint Precision Models at a 1:24 scale. This miniature represents one of the emblematic cars from the early days of Mercedes. It stands out with its ivory bodywork, red chassis, large spoked wheels, dark brown upholstery, and numerous gilt-finished elements evoking the brass of early 20th-century automobiles. Franklin Mint has paid particular attention to this reproduction with more than 100 parts, a detailed engine compartment under a hinged hood, functional steering, and many small attached elements. The model was made with the authorization of the Mercedes-Benz Museum.
