Almost identical to its issued counterpart, this note stands as an exceptional offering of an underrated and scarcely offered Specimen type from the 1960s. Here faint traces of handling consistent with its intended purpose can be seen along the margins, but such a distinction fails to detract from the exceptional nature of the note itself as these were typically destroyed once their intended purpose was fulfilled.
