Fr. 122. 1901 $10 Legal Tender Note. PCGS Banknote Choice Uncirculated 64 PPQ.

Pleasing Choice Uncirculated Bison Fr. 122. 1901 $10 Legal Tender Note. PCGS Banknote Choice Uncirculated 64 PPQ. By no means an average example reflective of an iconic design. This Series of 1901 $10 Legal Tender Note was printed at some point during the early 1920s on account of the Speelman - White signature combination and offers a tantalizing glimpse into the past. Brought to form by uncommon qualities exemplified by vivid red hues associated with the crimson-red Treasury overprint and the engraved elements that account for the balance of the design including the portraits of Lewis and Clark, one would be remiss to overlook these very qualities. Indeed, this is without a doubt a premium specimen and one worthy of a premium bid levied at the hands of a discerning collector who has long sought to represent this iconic design in their collection with an example that shines above the vast majority of its surviving peers. Estimate: $7,000 - $9,000. Click here for certification details from PCGS Banknote.
