The body features a splendid phoenix standing amidst blossoming peonies and rockwork — a classic motif symbolising prosperity and good fortune. The domed lid and shoulder are neatly bordered with scrolling foliage and geometric bands, finished with a ribbed lappet border at the foot. Bright, saturated colours and balanced composition throughout.
