Title: Alpine Landscape ㅤ School: European Impresionista School (19th century) ㅤ Style: Landscape Impressionism ㅤ Technique: Oil on canvas ㅤ State: Condition in line with its age. It presents restorations. ㅤ Circle and artistic influence: Work linked to the European landscape tradition of the 19th century, with influences from late Romantic landscape and the naturalist currents that preceded and coexisted with the development of Impressionism. The composition, dominated by a misty atmosphere, vegetation, and rural architecture integrated into the surroundings, shows the era's interest in representing nature through luminous and environmental effects. ㅤ The work represents a rural Alpine landscape, organized around a small group of traditional constructions surrounded by vegetation. In the foreground, a stretch of ground and brush extends visually toward the buildings, while a small human figure beside the path provides scale and depth to the composition. ㅤ In the middle plane, a group of tall trees stands out, framing the houses, while to the left a small bridge introduces a horizontal line into the scene. In the distance, mountain formations and architectural elements are partially enveloped by a misty atmosphere. The palette, based mainly on greens, ochres, earth tones, and grayish hues, contributes to a serene and evocative feeling. ㅤ The execution features a soft, blended brushstroke, especially noticeable in the sky and in the farther planes, while the vegetation and architecture areas show greater definition.
