Emilio Lari - Paul Mc Cartney - Ritratto set Help!

Portrait taken during the filming of the movie Help in 1964, in the inland countryside of the London area. Surreal war film tied to hippie imagery that opposed the US-Vietnam conflict and the concept of war in general. The film was low-budget and the actors did not have campers, chairs, or other comforts. Limited edition. The photo is digitally printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305 g/m² cotton paper. 4 cm mat. Archival inks guaranteed for 150 years. Photograph with the artist's original stamp and signature. Photos are presented at auction in low resolution to prevent unauthorized reproductions; the photos shipped to buyers will be reproduced from the originals in high resolution for optimal printing. Emilio Lari was born in Rome in 1939, a still photographer from 1960 to today. In 1960 his passion for photography led him to join the press office team of Luigi Pratulon (then the still photographer for Federico Fellini’s film La Dolce Vita). Subsequently he was sent to London to photograph the new group, the Beatles, at the start of their success. Master of photographic lighting, Emilio has worked on over 140 films. "Help" Richard Leister "Barbarella" Roger Vadim "Candy" Christian Marquand "The Godfather" Francis Ford Coppola "Raging Bull" Martin Scorsese "Once Upon a Time in America" Sergio Leone "Romeo and Juliet" Franco Zeffirelli "Ladyhawke" Richard Donner ...and many other films.
