Édouard's Olympia - Valerie Vescovi

Édouard's Olympia by Valerie Vescovi Painting 40.0 x 24.0 :: My version of Manet’s Olympia. In my Neo cubist style I moved things around a bit like the cat next to her. And of course it’s deconstructed In cool grays and fleshy pinks with black accents. In this artwork I melded cubism and figurative styles to explore the fluidity of human form and emotion. With a palette of vibrant oils and textural wax I depicted a figure ensconced in a dynamic swirling environment symbolizing the tumult and flow of life's energies. The presence essence and bold strokes of color invite viewers into a deeply personal yet universal narrative engaging them in a visual journey of reflection and discovery. This piece alive with movement and richness would infuse any space with energy and contemplative allure. :: Type: Painting Medium: Oil Style: Cubism Subject: Nudes Width: 40.0 Height: 24.0 Depth: 0.8 Weight: 3 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
