Fascinating half-length portrait of a mature woman with a serene, intense, and noble demeanor. The painting magnificently captures the fashion and aesthetics of the late 19th century or the early 20th century. The figure wears a sober dark dress, adorned with a pristine white collar, fastened at the center by a finely decorated brooch.
