- - Doll Oyama-ningyō 尾山人形 Traditionelles japanisches Geisha-Puppen-Set - Japan

Oyama-ningyō 尾山人形 Traditional Japanese Geisha Doll Set (3-piece) – Kimono Craftsmanship. Beautiful, three-piece set of traditional Japanese geisha decorative dolls (the so-called Oyama-ningyō). The figures sparkle with their intricate workmanship and the artfully designed, colorful brocade kimonos. Each of the three dolls represents a different classic pose or art form: • Left: Geisha in a pale pink kimono with an elegant, golden fan. • Center: Geisha in a deep blue/aquamarine kimono in a graceful, kneeling pose. • Right: Geisha in a patterned kimono, playing a traditional shamisen (Japanese lute). The dolls are each mounted on a sturdy, glossy black wooden base and feature elaborately styled hair with traditional hair ornaments. An absolute eye-catcher for collectors of Asian art and lovers of Japanese culture, as well as a stylish decoration for living rooms or display cabinets.
