Decorative tray - La Murrina - Italy - Modern Antiquities

Magnificent centerpiece of high craftsmanship of Italian Modern design in submerged glass, signed by the famous Venetian furnace "La Murrina", dating from the 1970s/1980s. Made in Murano glass with the complex Sommerso technique. The base is a transparent, undulating glass that encloses inside a pour of blue color and inclusions of gold dust (aventurine), which glisten when struck by light. The shape is a 'bowl' or rectangular 'boat', with wavy and raised edges (handkerchief or undulating style). The design is bold and geometric, typical of Italian Modernariato of the 1970s/80s of the 20th century, with the use of vivid colors and precious inclusions. Excellent vintage condition. The glass is glossy and the sommerso is perfectly preserved. An object that shows no breaks or major defects, practically like new. Dimensions: Width 39 cm, Length 46 cm, Height 10 cm. Height (H): 4.5 cm A collectible piece of great elegance and artistic value, ideal for connoisseurs of Murano glass and for luxury interior design. We note that in the photographic service, any white areas are due to reflections from the artificial lights of the dedicated lamps used to best illuminate the item, which could cause a slight color variation in the photograph. The item is Original, it is carefully photographed reporting every detail, highlighting its qualities, merits and defects, where present. It is sold "as is", the veracity of the description and of the photographs."} }]}{
