Soffiantino & C. S.p.A. of Genoa. This is a historic 1980s Italian-market bottling, presented in its original decorative metal presentation tin. The bottle retains its original Italian tax strip, marked 0.750 litre, together with the original gold-coloured closure and neck presentation. A particularly attractive feature of this lot is the original metal presentation tin, decorated with the historic Dalwhinnie distillery illustration and matching the design of the bottle label. Condition: The bottle is sealed and the liquid level appears good considering its age. The original labels show some age-related yellowing, staining and minor wear. The original Italian tax strip is present and shows visible signs of ageing, as clearly shown in the photographs. The original closure and neck label are also aged but remain present. The original metal presentation tin is included. The tin shows visible age-related wear, including small scratches, marks, discolouration and some deterioration of the decorative finish, particularly around the edges and on the upper surfaces. It remains complete and retains its original hinged lid and interior red presentation lining. No visible leakage or major damage to the bottle is apparent.
