This company was founded in 2006 as a spin-off of Xtrem Toys and Sports GmbH; however, the Art in the City brand has existed since 1998. The company is known for its sculptures made of resin. All objects are hand-painted and lacquered, making each piece unique. Art in the City enjoys worldwide recognition and is internationally seen in major department stores and art galleries. Art in the City is internationally known for the cheerfulness and color it adds to the world, mainly through animal figures—and especially the bull. It collaborates with a number of highly talented artists who each have their own artistic freedom; the objects are, one by one, quirky, playful and particularly original. Very special since the company no longer exists
