Como Lake - Christian di Giuseppe - Table lamp - Iron - The Old and the New

Industrial/Steampunk Concept Lamp "The Old and the New" - Handcrafted in ComoDescription: Exclusive artistic desk lamp in Industrial/Steampunk style, entirely handmade in Como (Italy) by local master artisans. This unique piece is not just a furnishing object, but embodies a deep conceptual thought based on the dualism between past and future. The Artistic Concept – "The Old and the New": The work rests on a deliberately intrinsic contrast. The material structure represents the "Old": metal hydraulic tubes with a bronze finish and a lived-in aesthetic, an antique cross fitting with a decorative valve handle, and a solid solid wood base burnished to a flame finish, bearing on the bottom the hand-engraved fire-marked inscription "COMO LAKE" to certify authenticity and territorial origin. Opposing this is the "New": the insertion of a drop-shaped white light LED bulb. This visual shock breaks the classic nostalgic aesthetics to embrace technological modernity, creating a unique union and an important key to contemporary interpretation.Technical features:Structure: Fittings and metal tubes with a galvanic finish inspired by industrial design.Base: Rectangular flame-finished wood with the signature "Como Lake" on the bottom.Conceptual component: White light LED bulb included in the set to preserve the original idea of the author.Electrical system: Wiring up to standard with a black pass-through switch.Conditions: Excellent condition, like new. The metal imperfections and the wood grain are deliberate features chosen by the artisan to emphasize the piece’s uniqueness.
