These are vintage 1966 Topps Comic Book Foldies collectible cards This was a unique and humorous trading-card series released by Topps in 1966. The cards were illustrated by the legendary comic book artist Wally Wood Interactive folding system: Each card consists of three panels with pre-scored fold lines. By folding the top half or bottom half, you can combine the head or legs of a character with the body of another figure. For example, you can combine Superman's body with the legs of a ballet dancer. DC Comics characters: The middle panels show well-known heroes and villains from the DC Universe. The cards shown include The Flash, Robin, Supergirl, Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, and The Atom. Because the cards were meant to be played with and folded, completely flat, unfolded copies in good condition are today very rare and highly sought after by collectors. Before placing a bid – photos are part of the description, so it is advisable to view them all carefully.
