Coffee grinder (3) - Wood, Brass, Copper

Set of three antique wooden hand-crank coffee grinders with a brass or metal funnel and a wooden drawer at the bottom. This type of classic cube-shaped coffee grinders was mass-produced in the first half of the 20th century (often around 1900 to 1940) by well-known European quality brands. Based on the specific design and features, such as the metal nameplates on the front, these are collectible models from leading manufacturers: • Peter Dienes (PeDe): A very well-known German-Dutch manufacturer renowned for its reliable grinding mechanisms and distinctive brass funnels (such as the model with the openwork or tulip-shaped top). • Leinbrock's (notably the "Ideal" series): This German top brand produced similar sturdy models with a fine brass dome or clock-shaped funnel and a metal brand plate on the wooden housing. Both the wooden housings (often oak or beech with dovetail joints) and the metal cranks are iconic examples of authentic, nostalgic kitchenware that today are very popular as vintage decor or collectibles.
