Coat rack - Chrome-plated coat rack with a faceted

In excellent condition, Art Deco coat rack with a large faceted beveled rotating mirror. The coat rack is in excellent condition with almost no signs of use. This coat rack is very pleasing in design and detailed with very beautifully formed scrollwork. This coat rack was produced by the Bauhaus training school. It was an institution for visual artists, craftsmen and architects that from 1919 to 1939 was based first in Weimar, later in Dessau, and then for another half year in Berlin. Bauhaus was known, among other things, for its leaded mirror glass with facet-cut edges. Dimensions: height: 23 cm width: 78 cm length: 43 cm The exclusive facet-cut mirror measures: 64 cm wide and 30 cm high.
