Wool velvet on a cotton backing. A cream-beige field decorated with a central medallion featuring a bouquet of stylised flowers and foliage in polychrome. Ivory border featuring eight medallions with multicoloured floral wreaths, surrounded by garlands of polychrome floral arrangements. France, late 19th century. Diameter: 200 cm.
