Ciclismo vintage – Mapei Santini

Three items, three interpretations of vintage Italian cycling: the multicolored Mapei graphic, the Colnago brand, and the sporty Ciesseci Sport style. Lotto composed of a short-sleeve jersey and two long-sleeve jackets, sold together. ► MAPEI JERSEY – SMS SANTINI The centerpiece of the lot, with a blue base and a recognizable multicolor geometric pattern. The words Mapei on the front, back and collar, SMS Santini logos, half-zip and back pockets. Size indicated on the label: 50 / XL. Made in Italy. ► COLNAGO JACKET Jacket with a dark upper part, yellow front panel and red and orange bands. White Colnago logo on the chest with a velvety finish, full-length zipper, ribbed collar and edges. Back with a black knit panel and zippered pockets. Present Colnago label indicating Made in Italy. ► CIESSECI SPORT JACKET Two-tone jacket with blue front panel, sleeves and most of the back in red. Logo applied on the chest, full zipper, high collar and ribbed edges with blue stripes. Back pockets with zippers. Size indicated: 4. Made in Italy label, with a composition of 80% wool and 20% acrylic referring to the knit part. A lot that pairs the tradition of cycling jackets with wool inserts to the vivid graphics of technical jerseys. The Mapei livery calls to mind an identity instantly recognizable to enthusiasts. CONDITION Used items, with signs of wear and aging. In the close-up photos of the Mapei, small signs on the fabric and loose threads at the rear pocket seams can be seen.
