Early 20th century, allover hand embroidered and pieced embroidered silk and fabric, featuring rooster and floral embroidered central piece above twelve piped ribbon tassels ending in small mirrors and flattened metal bells. 30.75 x 9.5 in. From the Estate of the Late Susan H. Ehringhaus, Chapel Hill, North Carolina Later velcro machine sewn into and through front of main embroidered piece; a few missing bells; some scattered small stains; overall good antique condition.
