Rare 1937 Military 10 Yen CHINA--MILITARY. Japanese Imperial Government. 10 Yen, 1937. P-M5a. S/M#T27-32. PMG Very Fine 30. Vertical format, black on green, facing onagadori cockerels and dragons at upper centre and centre. A nice, original note with deep, vivid original colours. Rare, only seven notes graded by PMG to date. Presumably printed for circulation during the early days of the Second Sino-Japanese War, which began on 7th July 1937 with the Lugou Bridge Incident. PMG Comments "Previously Mounted." Estimate: $1,800 - $2,600. 存世極稀1937年軍用手票拾圓 1937年大日本帝國政府軍用手票拾圓。 採用獨特的豎式設計，綠底黑字，中上方與中央繪有相對的長尾雞與祥龍。這是一枚精美的原裝紙鈔，散發著深邃且生動的原始色彩。極為罕見，迄今為止僅有七枚獲PMG評級。推測其印製於1937年盧溝橋事變爆發的抗日戰爭初期，極具歷史文獻價值。PMG備註"有黏貼痕跡"。
