CHINA. Dollar, ND (1912). Wuchang Mint. PCGS Genuine--Scratch, EF Details. L&M-45; K-639; KM-Y-321; WS-0090. Li Yuan Hung without hat type. A few scratches to the left of the central characters of the reverse account for the assigned grade, and the surfaces display some evidence of cleaning. That said, there is only mild wear apparent and the grade seems conservatively assessed as EF. Much portrait detail has been preserved, and the overall quality is fairly presentable as a representative of this popular early Republic issue. Estimate: $2,000 - $3,000. Image with the PCGS TrueView logo is obtained from and is subject to a license agreement with Collectors Universe, Inc. and its divisions PCGS and PSA.
