This hand-knotted Chinese silk rug features an elegant oval shape and a decorative floral and butterfly design. On the light background, several realistically designed flower stems, leaves, and butterflies are distributed in an open, asymmetrical arrangement. A subtly drawn ornamental border traces the oval form and harmoniously frames the inner field. Cream, beige, dark gold-brown, old rose, green, and muted blue define the restrained color palette. The surrounding long silk fringes emphasize the exceptional design. The silk flower on silk warp has a characteristic shine, causing the color effect to change depending on the incidence of light and viewing direction. Thanks to its oval shape, the rug is particularly suitable for living rooms and bedrooms, dressing rooms, or as a decorative accent in front of furniture. Safely packed and insured shipping with DHL, UPS or GLS. For any questions, we are happy to assist. Kind regards.
