Charles Lindbergh Signed 1958 TLS

Typed letter signed by Charles A. Lindbergh, dated June 10, 1958, from Scotts Cove, Darien, Connecticut, and addressed to Pierre E. Maure of Pan American World Airways in Paris. Lindbergh writes that he expects to be in Paris within the next week or ten days and asks that "the little Renault" be prepared for driving. Boldly signed "Charles A. Lindbergh." An interesting personal letter from one of aviation's most important figures, more than three decades after his historic 1927 solo transatlantic flight. Estimate $600 - $1,000
