This work transforms a small classic seat into a three-dimensional pop art sculpture. The piece is conceived in two contrapuntal but complementary readings: * Reverso (Neo-Pop / Expressionist Portrait): The rear backrest houses an expressionist portrait of Elvis Presley on a vibrant turquoise background, marked by black structural strokes, gestural brushstrokes and overlapped yellow tones that fall from the crown of the seat. * Front and Seat (Drip and Urban Graphic): The front and cushion present a dense working of action painting and dripping in pastel pink, light blue, white and magenta tones. The textile surface is covered and sealed with a high-resistance bright protective layer, on which micrographics of calligraphy and messages are embedded in the fabric texture. The dark wooden legs have also been intervened with drops of paint that integrate the base structure into the plastic whole of the work.
