Attention before purchase All our Murano glass products are vintage, recabled, cleaned and restored where necessary. Being vintage pieces, some elements may show slight chipping, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to time and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as often they are subtle or almost imperceptible. In some cases, when restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lampholder, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipping. For this reason there may be differences from the published photos. The product will be delivered fully like-new and ready to be mounted by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which can affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally quick; however, as these are fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will accompany the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The courier tracking code will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Even wiring will need to be completed, providing everything necessary for assembly. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to assemble, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a Murano glass model that is similar, but not identical, to the one purchased.
