Splendid pair of hand-made maiolica ornaments and decorated with enamel glazes. A fabulous candle holder with a pierced domed lid and decorated with floral motifs. Height 26 cm and diameter 11 cm. Original Puglian pumo in the Sambucus variant with incised floral decorations. Signed Ceramiche Nicola Fasano, Grottaglie. Height 14 cm and diameter 13 cm. Refined artisanal craftsmanship of the past of great quality and elegance typical of Southern Italy and the Mediterranean region. Some slight signs of use and age visible from the photos. Very fascinating and in good to excellent condition.
