Calice - Tipetto veneziano an elegant example of Murano blown glass art, characterized by a stem worked with flower decorations and gold details. The Tipetto is the traditional high-end goblet from Murano's art glassworks. Historically, it was used as a true status symbol during the banquets of European aristocracy. Elaborate stem, stem richly decorated with heat-applied elements depicting a central rose, green leaves, and knots adorned with inclusions of gold leaf. Three distinct parts: it is made by heat-welding three separately blown components (the funnel-shaped drinking part, the decorative stem, and the circular base). Extreme lightness: Despite the visual complexity, the hand-blown glass is incredibly light to the touch. Fine workmanship, excellent condition - from our own collection built up over the last thirty years of works from the finest Murano glassworks such as Venini, Barovier & Toso, Salviati, Archimede Seguso, Carlo Moretti, Seguso V.A., V.
