Centonze - Extra virgin olive oil - 5 - 500ml

Lot consisting of 2 bottles (2 Capri line, 2 Biolio line, and 1 Sabina line) of 500 ml., Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy. Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend". Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full. Great balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke aftertaste. Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes. Our oil is a true unicum due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundant in the tufaceous rock on which they rise majestically. The location transfers to olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars. The Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food, and ideal to exalt all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition. These are the qualities that have made the company the protagonist of numerous national and international recognitions, up to being declared, in May 2015, Slow Food Presidia of extra virgin olive oil.
