Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full. Great balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke finish. Ideal on all fish but also on legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes. Uu olio UNICO. Our oil is a “unicum” precisely due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they stand majestically. The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by strong organoleptic notes typical of Sicilian cultivars. Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food, ideal for enhancing all flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
