"Centenario" Cattani - Balsamic vinegar - 1 - 250ml Bottle

CENTENARY 250 ml bottle. L' Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its finest balsamic seasoning, aged 100 years. It was drawn from the family's aging barrel collection, lovingly safeguarded by the progenitor Zefferino, great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and then handed down to us. It is presented in an elegant glass ampoule bottle, available in a limited edition of 50 bottles. Each bottle is numbered. The stopper is sealed with sealing wax, and the elegant case contains a dropper pipette. This balsamic, a gift and memory of a time past, gratifies even the most refined palates. Its aroma is frank and rich with old perfumes and flavors, while its restrained acidity contributes to the sweet-sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious. NB: the bottle number is indicative and may not correspond to the exact number of the bottle that will be shipped. This is to avoid opening and resealing the case multiple times and to preserve its integrity as much as possible.
