I regularly access parameters I consider recurring, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, the play with others’ language, focusing on both old and modern painters. I feel the sensation of a constant dive inward toward history. My study and research of the Cubist movement, especially Picasso’s extensive career, leads me into unknown territories. In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions that Picasso raised with cubism.
