Butler and co London - Fountain pen

Very beautiful silver Victorian-era pen holder and pencil holder; several hallmarks are present. A bust of a woman, a lion, and the artist's initials, which are J P. The mechanism works perfectly. The maker's mark is Butler & Co London.
