Made in 1955, the Toufic H. Kalil house belongs to the Usonian Homes series, conceived as functional and modern residences. Additionally, the modular geometric shapes and rows of rectangular windows are reinterpreted as graphic motifs. The free-form openings display the automatic heartbeat movement, a direct nod to the Kalil House’s nickname “Automatic.” The robust stainless steel ion-plated gray case features a mix of shiny and brushed finishes. It is complemented by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a transparent case back, decorated with the house name and the Frank Lloyd Wright logo.
