A voracious and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism in the vein of Rauschenberg or de Kooning, to material projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or the expressionism of Karel Appel, traversing the borders between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains this physical painting, this matter worked by the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue. An artist represented at the Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France and Gallery Modern Dutch Art in the Netherlands. According to Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005.
