The work translates an everyday reality into a visual language of repetition and rhythm. Central is the tension between control and temptation, two forces that constantly vie for priority. Each piece consists of a box filled with insulin syringes, hand-arranged into a pattern on a wooden substrate. The placing requires patience and precision; the repetition that emerges evokes the routines by which a life is structured, whether diabetes is involved or not. A plexiglass cover completes the work, temptation that remains visible, but just out of reach. Shipping The artwork is shipped in the original box. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
