Special for World Animal Day. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts Maastricht (1996). Uses Borgen Lindhardt as signature name and is known for her “kimono-series”, inspired by the work of G.H. Breitner. Creates oil paintings where old masters, sometimes in combination with personal elements (cat, painting supplies and figures and animals), form a new spectacle. Her style is characterized by a visible thick brushstroke. Ranging from detailed and imaginative work to loose, sketchy paintings. Comes directly from the artist. Framed in a neat gold-colored frame. Carefully packed and sent with track & trace. The painting is protected by a layer of retouch varnish. Please, after drying time (of about a year), apply final varnish yourself to preserve gloss and color.
