CONDITION AND RECOMMENDED WORKS Being a vintage specimen that has been preserved and left unused for a long period in a garage or storage, the bike presents in good overall structural and mechanical condition. As a historic vehicle held in rest for some time, before riding it on the road a routine general inspection is recommended, along with lubrication of the linkages, adjustment of the brakes and shifting, and checking the condition of tires and inner tubes. Aesthetically it preserves its authentic original patina, showing small signs of wear, light scratches on the paint, and superficial bloom that testify to its history. SHIPPING AND PACKAGING NOTES The lot will be packed with extreme care and shipped via a tracked and insured courier. Note that, in order to ensure safer shipping and reduce package volume, parts of the bicycle such as pedals, saddle, wheels, and the handlebars will very likely be removed for shipment.
