It is presented to Capitol Records. Despite its' age, the award is in VG condition. There is wear on the wood frame as is expected but the matte, presentation plate, and record are in very good shape. The backing paper appears original with a few tears and a New York Frame & Picture Co. manufacturer sticker with post-1969 John St. address is present.
