They are typical of artisanal and semi-industrial production of kiln-fired terracotta in the Tuscan tradition. The set consists of 2 single-serving oven terrines (cocottine) in glazed terracotta, designed for cooking and serving soups, stews, or ribollita. The body is bulbous and rounded, with a raised rim and two trapezoid-shaped side handles to aid grip.
