Barbie - Dollhouse Dream Kitchen Cucina - 1980-1990 - U.S.

Item title recommended: Mattel 1993 - Vintage Barbie Playset "Dream Kitchen / Cuisine de Rêve" - With Original Box Description: Up for auction a beautiful and extensive vintage Barbie playset: Dream Kitchen (Cuisine de Rêve), produced by Mattel in 1993. A 90s classic, rich with opening compartments, realistic details, and countless accessories to recreate a full, glamorous kitchen. • Lot contents: • Main modular kitchen unit (oven, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator with opening doors). • Blue awning/upper hood. • Extending cart/table with pink/fuchsia shelves. • 3 removable white racks (for the interior of oven/dishwasher). • A rich assortment of original accessories and dishware visible in the photos (pots, pans, ice cube trays, bottles, toy foods and various utensils). • Original box included. • Set number / Code: Mattel Code 9175 (as shown on the packaging). • Manuals and booklets: The original paper instruction manual is not included in the lot. Conditions and notes on operation: • The playset is used but remains in good overall structural condition. The door and extending-table mechanisms are functional. • The original box is present and complete, though it shows evident signs of age-related wear, creases and small tears along the edges and corners from storage (see detailed photos). • The white and beige plastics of the kitchen show a slight, natural yellowing due to age, typical of plastic toys from this period. • The lot includes many accessories; however the set is not 100% complete compared to the factory-original 80+ pieces (some small fittings are missing). Dolls are not included. • The oven’s sound mechanism has been tested and is fully functional: when the door is opened, the characteristic internal mechanical bell rings as intended (no batteries required).
