Bally - Briefcase

Brand: Bally Origin: Made in Italy Type: Men’s or unisex clutch/document holder Material: Genuine leather with croco embossing (imitating crocodile skin texture) Finish: Glossy black Hardware: Silver-tone clasp with Bally’s minimalist rectangular design Packaging: Comes with an original Bally-branded dust bag (white with red logo) Bally is a Swiss luxury brand renowned for its exceptional leather craftsmanship, dating back to 1851. Though known primarily for shoes, Bally also produces fine leather accessories. This piece reflects: • Italian artisan craftsmanship — Bally often manufactures its leather goods in Italy. • Croco-effect leather — embossed calfskin that replicates the luxurious appearance of crocodile skin but remains ethical and durable. • Minimalist sophistication — clean lines, discreet branding, and a structured silhouette typical of Bally’s understated elegance. A retail price of €2,895 places it in the premium segment, comparable to luxury houses like Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, or Tod’s. If authentic and in good condition, resale values for Bally croco-effect clutches or document holders generally range from: 1. Embossed Bally logo inside (usually on a leather tag). 2. “Made in Italy” stamping with consistent font and spacing. 3. High-quality stitching (even, clean, no loose threads). 4. Metal clasp — should feel solid and engraved or embossed with subtle Bally detailing. 5. Serial or style code — often found inside the inner lining or pocket.
