Beautiful artisanal metal model representing an old steam tram locomotive without a firebox, of Lamm-Francq type, historical model used at the end of the 19th century. The locomotive bears the inscription « NORD » on both sides. Construction mainly metal with numerous elements made and assembled by hand: body, wheels, railings, platforms and roof. Under the locomotive is a handwritten marking « AB » accompanied by the date « 10-2-89 », probably corresponding to the manufacturer/artisan and the date of realization. The exact identity of the maker could not be confirmed. Dimensions : Height : 20 cm Length : 25 cm Width : 8 cm Decorative object / static model, without apparent motorization. Ancient condition with signs of use, dust, small marks, oxidation and paint wear visible in the photographs. Sold in its current condition. Original and unusual piece, interesting for collectors of old trams, steam locomotives, railway modelling or the history of French railways.
