Aston Martin DB9 Volante 6.0 V12 – 2006 The Aston Martin DB9 was introduced in 2003 as the successor to the DB7 and marked an important new phase for the British brand. It was the first production model to use Aston Martin’s VH architecture (Vertical/Horizontal), with a light, bonded aluminum structure forming the basis for both the bodywork and the chassis. The design by Ian Callum and Henrik Fisker grew into one of the most recognizable Aston Martin shapes of the modern era. This example was delivered new on 15 November 2006 in Italy and is finished in black with a particularly beautiful Kestrel Tan leather interior. With only 48,565 kilometers from new, the car has a remarkably low original mileage. It is currently registered in the Netherlands, and in January 2026 a new MOT (APK) was issued, valid until 23 January 2027. The car is in very neat technical and cosmetic condition and is ready for use. In addition, it is exceptionally richly equipped, with €22,950 worth of additional factory options, including a fully leather interior, premium Linn audio system, navigation, special paint, 19-inch lightweight wheels, heated seats and various additional luxury specifications. Highlights - Dutch registration and valid MOT until 23 January 2027 - European specification, originally newly delivered in Italy - Only 48,565 km original mileage - €22,950 in extra factory options and special equipment - 5.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 with 455 hp and Touchtronic automatic transmission - Recently serviced and maintenance documented, including Aston Martin dealer history - Very neat technical and cosmetic condition, ready to drive - Seller can assist with worldwide transport and shipping BODY/PAINT: The DB9 Volante is finished in an elegant black exterior color, a combination that suits the long, low lines of the original DB9 design particularly well. The car is in very neat cosmetic condition, largely thanks to the exceptionally low mileage of only 48,565 kilometers. The paintwork presents well and shines. The body panels fit neatly and the overall condition is consistent with a car that has been sparingly used and carefully maintained during its life. There are no notable dents, major scratches, or other blemishes that detract from the overall presentation. Any minor signs of use are consistent with age and use. The DB9 extensively uses aluminum in both its body and the underlying VH structure. There are no known rust problems or welding work that require attention at present. Nor are there any known necessary body repairs. The rubber seals around the body, doors, and electrically operated convertible top are in good condition. The windows and lighting are also tidy. The chrome and bright-finish details, including the distinctive Aston Martin grille, form a nice contrast with the black paint. The fully electrically operated fabric convertible top opens and closes as intended and gives the DB9 Volante in closed state the character of an elegant GT, while with the top down the car becomes a full-fledged open V12 Grand Tourer. The car sits on the optional 19-inch Lightweight 15-Spoke alloy wheels, which are part of the extensive factory specification. TECHNICAL: Under the hood lies Aston Martin’s 5,935 cc naturally aspirated V12, in this configuration good for around 455 hp and 570 Nm of torque. The matching-numbers engine is paired with the Touchtronic six-speed automatic transmission, with manual shifting possible via wheel-mounted controls. The transaxle design places the transmission at the rear of the car. In combination with rear-wheel drive and a limited-slip differential, this contributes to the balanced driving characteristics expected of a large GT. The car is technically in good condition and ready for use. The V12 starts cold and warm as it should, runs smoothly and delivers its power seamlessly. The automatic transmission functions correctly and shifts smoothly through the gears. The suspension consists around the car of independent double-wishbone suspension and features the Adaptive Damping System (ADS). In addition, the DB9 features Dynamic Stability Control, Traction Control, ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Emergency Brake Assist. The brakes, suspension, and steering function as intended. There are currently no known technical works required to use the car. There are also no known relevant oil or transmission leaks that require attention. The maintenance history supports the low mileage and includes maintenance and work at Aston Martin specialists/dealers. 15 November 2006 – Italy – new delivery Vehicle new delivered in Italy Warranty booklet stamped by Aston Martin Bologna First owner registered as Generalimpex SRL, Cremona 2015 – Aston Martin Verona, Italy Car invited for an official Aston Martin Service Clinic Inspection campaign organized by Aston Martin 29 August / 10 September 2019 – Aston Martin Hilversum (Kroymans Aston Martin) – 43,906 km Vehicle maintained Left tonneau cover latch replaced Tonneau motor cable-guiding clip replaced Diagnostic check performed with Aston Martin AMDS TPMS tire pressure monitoring system checked and recalibrated Invoice total: €2,758.99 including VAT 23 January 2026 – RDW/MOT – 48,596 km Vehicle technically inspected MOT approved MOT valid until 23 January 2027 INTERIOR: The interior is one of the most distinctive parts of this DB9. The black exterior is combined with a particularly beautiful Kestrel Tan leather interior, which has remained very tidy thanks to the low mileage. The car is equipped with the valuable extended leather package. Not only the seats, but also the dashboard, upper interior panels, door panels and center console are richly finished in leather. Contrasting stitching and the two-tone steering wheel give the whole an extra character. The electrically adjustable front seats feature memory function, electric lumbar support and seat heating. The leather is in well-kept condition and shows only limited signs of use appropriate to age and mileage. Also the dashboard, center console and other interior panels present themselves very neatly. A characteristic feature is the Aston Martin glass start button centrally in the console, a detail that symbolized the renewed luxury positioning of Aston Martin at the introduction of the DB9. Additional comfort equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, power-adjustable seats, power windows, electrically adjustable and foldable side mirrors, parking sensors front and rear, and a tilting steering column. In terms of multimedia, this DB9 is also richly equipped. The car has the valuable Premium Linn Audio System, satellite navigation and Bluetooth telephone preparation. The headlining and interior side of the fabric convertible roof are in good condition. There are no loose or damaged parts that require attention. The electrical comfort functions operate as intended. DOCUMENTS: The Aston Martin was originally delivered new in Italy and therefore represents a European specification. In the history there are, among other documents, records supporting the Italian delivery and later maintenance. The warranty booklet was stamped at delivery by Aston Martin Bologna. In 2015 the car was invited for an official Aston Martin Service Clinic at Aston Martin Verona. Later the car was serviced at Kroymans Aston Martin in Hilversum, where the mileage of 43,906 km was recorded. The car currently has Dutch license documents. On 23 January 2026 the car was re-registered and approved. The Dutch MOT is valid until 23 January 2027. Two keys are supplied with the car.
