Lid decorated with a black and white enamel scene of a courting couple, the portable necessaire opens to reveal face powder, rouge, lipstick, and kohl for the eyes. All four cosmetic components are part ially intact, along with an advertisement for the D.F.B. refills. The dance compact has a chain to wrap around the wrist.
