Armchair - Hardwood - Louis XV armchair

Refined lounge or bedroom armchair from the mid-20th century in full Luigi XV Antikeo style, characterized by a straight, flat backrest (called “à la reine”) and an exceptionally generous, deep, and welcoming seat. The solid wooden frame presents the typical and sinuous lines of French classicism, with a wavy apron and elegant cabriole legs. The finish of the upholstery is enriched along the edges with a classic nailhead border or trim that follows the silhouette’s contour. The standout feature is the spectacular fabric upholstery featuring floral motifs in shades of gray, beige, and cream. The floral and vegetal pattern, rich in detail and shading, gives the furniture a strong visual impact and an timeless character, capable of fitting perfectly into an antique setting as well as serving as a distinctive piece in a modern space.
