The vessel features a traditional San Ildefonso black-on-black aesthetic, with a highly burnished surface contrasted by matte-painted slip decoration. The design includes a wide shoulder band featuring stylized feather and cloud motifs, and a geometric band of repeated vertical staircase elements below.
