AN EDWARDIAN/ GEORGE V SILVER-GILT CASED TRAVELLING LUNCH SET the matched set with maker's including Frazer & Haws and Francis Higgins & Sons Ltd., London 1903, 1912 and 1913, comprising a salt box, fork and spoon, teaspoon, salt spoon and a butter knife with steel blade, each monogrammed A.E.H. surmounted by a coronet, within a fitted velvet lined mahogany case, with letter of provenance. Knife 19cm long, 8 troy ounces gross According to the letter of provenance formerly the property of Lady Agnes Elizabeth Courtenay (1838 - 1919) wife of Charles Lindley Wood, 2nd Viscount Halifax.
