Bolinder, of wasted form surmounted by a pediment of carved flowers and rocaille scrollwork, over a yellow ground decorated with gold flowers, raised on cabriole feet, the twin barrel movement united by five baluster pillars with anchor escapement striking the hours on a bell with silk repeater, pendulum and winder present, height 80cm, width 40cm Provenance: Bonhams London, July 2020, lot 270 (The Jacob Collection), Christie's London, Clocks and Watches 22 March 1989, lot 28.
