Alphonse Mucha (after) - Manifesto Art Nouveau JOB con figura femminile - 1970s

Elegant advertising poster in Art Nouveau style, dominated by the female figure with long, dark, flowing hair, posed in a sensual and refined posture. The composition is rich in decorative details: the geometric frame, sinuous lines and the warm ochre, burgundy and pink tones create an image of great charm. Note: This is a later edition probably from the 70s. The poster reprises the famous subject JOB by Alphonse Mucha, created for the French brand of cigarette papers: the woman holds a cigarette in her hand and the distinctive pack, naturally inserted into the scene. At the bottom the Mucha signature and the reference to the typography F. Champenois of Paris stand out. An iconic image of Art Nouveau graphics, appreciated for the beauty of the figure, the balance of ornamental motifs and the strong decorative presence. The paper shows yellowing and signs of wear on the margins, visible in the photographs. !!! Add me to your favorite sellers to discover new arrivals and go see my other items in auction !!!
